I am especially concerned about the M&R station and what that will do to my property values. My house is the biggest portion of my retirement portfolio. I have never been rich and have placed all of my eggs in my house. The last thing I want is an ugly and loud M&R station at the end of my street (700 feet from my house). Also, if they cut some of those trees down, I'm afraid that will increase the flooding. My house floods every few years now, as it is. We have to protect that wetland. I can't believe how heartless, evil, and cold the people at Spectra and Algonquin are.

This is crazy to be in this neighborhood that has a active quarry.

This absolutely should not be in any neighborhood, let alone to dense and volatile location currently suggested.
