Stop the wasting of resources & spiralling costs at First Bus Yorkshire

I can only speak for my home town of Bradford but the amount of wasted resources i can see is ridiculous.
1) The number of buses driving round that are not in service - if it sin't in service why is it on the road? If it needs to go somewhere take passengers on the way.
2) Staff buses - what is the point? Staff could just as well get on a regular service that goes to their destination, rather than using a whole bus (often double decker) to transport a handful of people
3) School buses - half of the ones i see around seem to be running around empty so the need for them cannot be as great as the management seems to think
4) The sticky ticket holders introduced last year. Another pointless waste of money - oversized so don't fit normally into a wallet or pocket. Any regular user of public transport has their own ticket holder that they can use.
Finally it would seem the management team needs to be replaced with someone from a logistics background as the current team haven;t get a clue what they are doing as highlighted in the points above.
