I think there are far more productive ways to invest $300 million in our city.

A streetcar in Omaha is not beneficial, to put this type of money on this project wouldn’t work long term.

It’s going to be a white elephant and why didn’t we get to vote for it.

Please spend that amount of money improving streets, widening streets, improving public transportation throughout the whole city that pays high taxes

I oppose the streetcar, but unfortunately, I think it's too late. The city has a contractual agreement with Mutual and construction has started on their building. We were screwed! I too, went to that 8-hour council meeting; everything was decided prior. But, not all council members were at fault.

I do not want money spent on the streetcar. I will never use this. Omaha does not need this outrageous expense!

This street car is a very bad decision for Omaha. I attended a city council meeting about it, and even a couple of the council members stated that it is using the plan from Kansas City streetcars, which has continued to loss money since it's inception.

Please stop this wasteful project and do something more widely beneficial to all Omaha residents. In the future I will not be voting for anyone who has supported this insanity

Omaha doesn't need a Street Car. It will create a new tax as there isn't a Street Car in the US that doesn't lose money

Many more large issues throughout all the city. This project benefits Mutual of Omaha and political hacks. Nothing is free such lies. Recall city council and mayor.
