Our money could be better spent on road repair. Once the streets are in good shape city-wide, the streetcar could be revisited. And yes, why isn’t it going North or South?

A streetcar in Omaha was not feasible the first time it was done. It’s not going to be feasible this time. Does history not teach us anything? Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is insanity. ANY present funding or future monies spent by any party would be better spent on schools, veterans, homeless, mental illness, human rights, or almost anything else. A streetcar is completely unnecessary and utterly ridiculous.

Don't understand why my properties at 46th & Leavenworth St. Are in the TIF zone for this streetcar that will go from midtown Harney St to downtown. We have been assigned additional parcel id's for this.

Where is the fiscal responsibility we were told at election time? The development that will supposedly pay for it will not especially with maintenance costs each year and the loss of street use for pot holes

Such a shame, you can’t drive down one street and not dodge potholes, house taxes in 10 years have increased by 70%, it goes on and on! STOP the madness!!
