This is wasteful. We need services fir the elderly, homeless, and improved streets. We fo not need a less than 15 Block route streetcar. This should have been a citizen vote.

People are in love with the *idea* of the street car. These people simply will not use it. Its construction will further hinder business during construction along the route. And frankly, I don't want to live along the route either.

Use funds to commit to and immediately double frequency of bus route 15 and offer it free from downtown to UNMC. Extend to Old Market and Capitol district during drinking hours.
