We, residents in Danville in and around the new community at Elworthy Ranch are opposed to the planned construction of a wireless cell tower near our homes. The stated plans include 6 antennas in a 30 foot tall faux water tank and barn.

The potential height, aesthetics and noise of the tower do not at all fit with the intent of the community nor the setting of the Las Trampas Regional Wilderness and Danville Fire Trail.

Residents of the new Elworthy Ranch neighborhood all purchased newly completed homes within the last 2 years. This proposed tower would harm our properties and was not something any of the homeowners anticipated when purchasing our new homes.

Additionally, with multiple other cell towers in close proximity (including at the fire station <1mi away) it is unclear that this new tower is needed to fill an actual gap in coverage.

Please add your e-signature to help prevent the construction of this cell tower.

Seeing all the new names pop up this morning feels like a total fever dream because I honestly wasn't sure if anyone else cared about this giant fake barn as much as I did. It is wild to think about how much noise we are making together now and I honestly just want to keep all this energy focused on protecting our view of the hills.

For a private residence to have 6 cell antennaes seems to be a commercial venture. The Elworthy property is designated for "Agricultural use" not commercial.

When we bought this house, I imagined we would take our kids (4 yr and 1yr) up on the trail and around this hill. I will not feel safe taking my kids around this tower, and feel it does not belong in our little community. My family and I 100% oppose the installation of this tower

The Elworthy Ranch residents stand to gain nothing (given there is a tower .75 miles away), and yet have the most to lose with this proposed blight.

The potential height, aesthetics and noise of the tower do not at all fit with the intent of the community nor the setting of the Las Trampas Regional Wilderness and Danville Fire Trail. We have never had any issues with our Verizon cell coverage. We certainly wouldn't have considered purchasing this premium lot specifically for the views and peaceful serenity it offers if we anticipated this to happen.

The placement of a 30' water tower with six antennae within steps of homes will do nothing for the residents of Danville except decrease home values, expose an eyesore, create noise and change the rural atmosphere surrounding Las Trampas park while gaining no additional benefits for the nearby residents where Verizon cellular service is fully covered. While this petition for some reason shows me as living in Alamo, I live in Danville within .1 miles of the proposed tower.

Wireless is harmful to health - cell towers near homes cause negative health effects in ALL people - some people may be forced to abandon their homes. Property values will fall because of the towers. STOP cell towers!

Why in that location? Will the monies earned from putting the structure up be split with the surrounding homeowners?
