I've contacted Eagle neighbor and mand request TWICE to stop delivery. NO RESPONSE and I still get the Neighbors Eastand Sunday Select advertisements LITTERING my lawn!!!

I am handicapped and unable to pick up these papers without assistance. I have tried in the past to stop delivery, and yet as soon as the "paper boy" changes, they start right back up again. This is a nuisance to the public, and should carry the same penalty as littering...per incident.

I get this waste of paper sometimes 3 times a week. I have tried many times to stop delivery and it is hard to find the sites and pages needed to ask for delivery to stop.

Those people throw that paper all over our road. Even by driveways that don't have houses and in the middle of the street. Maybe if they just put it in the regular newspaper they wouldn't have to hire drivers to throw that piece of trash and wouldn't be raising our subscription rates

I do not want to receive this Neighbors paper anymore. I called the guy at The Eagle but they keep showing up at the end of my drive, basically in the street.

Wichita has an ordinance against this, I do not understand why its not enforced.
Sec. 5.04.020. - Advertising—Use of streets, etc.[2]
It is unlawful for any person, by dress, banner, posture or any other device intended for advertising, to use the sidewalks, streets, alleys or parks of the city on foot, when such use is principally for advertising purposes.

This newspaper creates a safety issue for my family. We travel a lot and coming back after 3 weeks and seeing these in the driveway tells burglars that I am not home.
