Why change something that doesn't need changing?

All agreed with the above. Black is a much easier colour for choice with regards to children of all shapes and sizes and parents of different incomes. Not enough notice and no consultation with parents before choices were made. Just spent more than £60 on 3 pairs of black trousers with let down hems and a 3 slightly oversized skirts for my 2 children with the hope of them lasting until the end of next year! Why should everyone suffer just because the minority can't stick to the rules?

Enough is enough. I quietly sit here and never pipe up, just go along with it but I'm sorry not this time. Every year there are changes, expensive changes and I simply cannot afford it. Why? To make the school look good? We are not entitled to any help towards uniform (if there is still such a thing?) We both work so stop with this please.

I agree the uniform has always been the same clout I wen to te plume and have lived here all my life they recently chage girls blouses so they could wear ties and I had already purchased three new blouses with the revere collar that was standard uniform now I have to change her trousers and skirts I don't think so out children are thee to learn not worry about the colour of a skirt or trousers my daughter has always complied but not any more I am refusing to change her uniform as she is only there for 10 more months or less and I'm not spending £60 to by uniform that prober lay won't even fit her properly

No one has thought of the cost implications to us parents who are either in relationships or single, if I had known of the new uniform I would never have used my learning credits to purchase more items for My daughter
