I'm a Phase 3 Round 1 applicant with a disappointed outcome of fairness and transparency.

Is this the Los Angeles city government we are dealing with, or a Trump administration franchise? PLEASE STOP the unfair practices placed by the Department of Cannabis Regulation in creating unjust processes that occurred during Phase 1, 2, & 3. Thank you.

I believe the social equity system was very corrupt I do not understand how 23 Armenian owners qualified over all other applicants
I was in my lawyers office with the T1 Internet connection and submitted on time with no problems in approximately 90 seconds
And still ended up not qualified
We purchased the property two years in advance and have been paying on the property for two years
Have my life savings in this and to have the system seem so corrupt seems to reflect the type of Government that we have an office right now

If you allow all growers to compete on the products they produce without regulatory barriers, the market will decides who’s worthy and who’s not, and I can guarantee most companies with a license now would quickly go out of business!

It’s sad to see that the City is apparently disorganized in handling this SEProgram fairly, or is being purposeful in showing favoritism to some while shunning others.
Either way, it’s not a good look for City regulators in charge of the SEP.

How does a company like genius get four licenses and 4th movement get even more? I’m extremely disappointed in Los Angeles’s efforts to assure that this debacle never happened.

I stand with my people on this. We’re tired of the haves trying to take from the have nots. But it’s strength in Numbers. It’s time for Robin Hood to eat.
