The original masterplans are created for a reason. over development challenges the original masterplan. More Greenspace, less building. Traffic concerns, congestion, noise pollution are all a concern of over development

We need to confront the notion that our "master plan" calls for Baldwin to become "neighborhood commercial" ... reject it.

We love our neighborhood just the way it is. And that land you wanna destroy is a wet land and where do you think that water is gonna go? It will lead to more flooding around our homes in Green Knolls

We purchased a home in the Green Knoll subdivision because the area was quiet with limited traffic. We have enjoyed the natural setting and wildlife afforded to us in this location for 40 years. The proposed change will lower our property value and cause urbanization in our backyard. there are many areas within the township that are already zoned neighborhood commercial that should be used accordingly. We strongly oppose the proposed rezoning.

This area is a very nice residential area in Genesee County. Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club was the key to the location of our surrounding neighborhoods and has national recognition . Adding commercial development to our neighborhood location is much like mixing oil and water. I therefore oppose the Township’s rezoning of our local community
