I moved here almost 24 years ago to live in a peaceful neighborhood. It has already become congested with noise, traffic and lights. I am against any retail or manufacturing business here. Keep it for neighborhoods!

Grand Blanc township needs to really take into account the impact this rezoning will have on the neighborhoods. You will be pushing more businesses in to the area our homes are. We bought our homes Because we thought they were safe to raise our families in. Bringing in more business brings in pass through humans that don't live and reside in our community. That are not mindful of the lives that we are trying to create here. If we wanted to live in a business sector we would have bought our homes there. You have zero regard for the people of the township if you allow this. How about you move businesses into your home area and see if you're happy with this.? This makes us very, very angry and scared. You need to not do this.

The planning Dept. has already destroyed the Holly Rd. Baldwin Rd. Area with large unsightly commercial buildings that have taken away our night skies with large lighting that is on all night , shining into windows that now require blackout shades. The tree berms are sorely inadequate.
