Not only am i an avid off roader in the community, but i have very hard concerns about where the water is going to come from to support the new housing and businesss. We are already in a drought and cant afford to spare the little water we get.

The Vegas area has so much developable space with in the valley and the natural progression is to the north, where there is no access to the peoples land.
Why this area that only the true nature lovers use ?
