the company is a disgrace we as the consumer are being ripped off with overinflated prices and being unable to get any form of tickets from ticketmaster over the last 5 years has turned me off going to live music events

I am a regular user of ticket master so to say the least I am appauled at the price hikes that your sister site Seagrave takes most of the tickets which it is impossible to access tickets on first date I couldn't get tickets for Coldplay, I barely got tickets for take that for 2nd date cause couldn't get first date also just purchased Bruno Mars tickets for 2nd cause couldn't get tickets for first date AGAIN and paid scandalous prices for chap seats disgrace

I have tried to get tickets for five concerts they say they're sold out but when you go onto seat wave you can buy them but at double the price it's an absolute disgrace , I just don't understand how this is legal

I had issues getting drake and bruno mars tickets, they can bought off seatwave before they even go on general sale, makes no sense at all, total rip off.

Disgraceful 3 concerts iv tried to get tickets for recently and they've all gone sold out within seconds to tickets available on seat wave 2 mins after they originally went on sale with ticket master.

Extortion. Sickening to see the same names on the companies Directors lists. Absolute greed. Very unfair. People know what's going on and want change.
And this is not happening in Ireland, it's happening in Europe too. Shame on you Ticketmaster.
