Staff is horrible very rude the parking lots is always filled with trash poor maintenance service neeeds a whole new staff

Apartments need repairs it’s not livable conditions unacceptable.

No one should live in that type of condition.

I live over in the apartments! And I can say, they dont give us the attention we deserve…. we had the power outage, ok it took 2 days! BOOM, my apartment a/c went out July4,2022 and i called and put in a work order. Finally the man came and he was able to tell us that the wire burnt out or the a/c went out basically we had to wait 2 weeks from that day for them to replace our a/c! also during that hard time, me & my 3 babies couldn’t even sleep at home, the temperature in our apt was 85-93 the whole time, the house felt like hell… I called and called and I kept getting excuses, I could never speak to the office manager Ms Carla! Im glad that these apartments are now getting the attention they need, bcus not only is it with the air but its much more

I hate this is happening to our people. I pray They solve this soon.

There are so many people suffering in those poor conditions in those apartments,they need to do something about it,our children deserve more,our elders are suffering living in these poor conditions,I have witnessed it all,I have realatives who lives there and it’s horrible,the state needs to do better for the residents who resides there. ☹️

Them people in that office Neglect there Resident and we have to much stool back up we need people that will work with us and not just sit behind that desk

We need help with all this trash for weeks laying around gunshots everywhere all the time rats roaches raw sewage but can tell you what you owe them it’s sad you have to pay to dodge gunshots knock your brains out running from rats raw sewage backed up family members don’t won’t to eat from the smell of it the holidays always a backup sewages

The management is HORRIBLE! They’re always behind on paperwork and anything on THEIR end, but want us to be on time with everything! They don’t care about their residents, only their jobs. They’re not professional to say the least.

There is a predator living in a unit n Cleme manor apartments &’ it has brought to everybody’s attention to residents to office managers &’ staff that he does explicit doing around lil girls &’ has no care to stop , I have brought it to the office staff that I do have mold in my ac vents &’ still no help wit resolving it , I have 3 lil girls .
