We the students of utrecht university ask that the announcements regarding the closing of the bicycle park on keiserstraat be stopped. these announcements are ridiculously loud and have probably caused several heart attacks among library goers. As students of utrecht university can be expected to be able to read watch, we ask that this unnecessary disruption in the library is stopped.
