The tax on violent video games is a completely useless idea. All it's going to do is make people pay more for video games. The government uses taxes to try to suggest how you live you life. For example: You'll get a tax break is you do things the government encourages. "We encourage you to buy a house. We encourage to get married. We discourage you from drinking, we discourage you from smoking cigarettes, or eating fast food" Now the government is discouraging me from buying violent video games. The government uses taxes to "encourage" how we the people should live. It's none on the government's business, how I choose to live my own life.
