No. They haven't complied with their previous agreement by not enclosing this area. Please not more later hours for nightlife on our residential block!

I oppose allowing the Standard East to increase the hours the restauarnt is open or an increased capacity for outdoor dining.

The current outdoor cafe already created too much noise. They have deliberately increased the volume by installing a tin roof. Hotel and restaurant consumers block 3rd Avesudewalk in good weather and make it impossible for neighbors to access 5th Street night after night. Enough is enough.
