How can they get away with making a $8 plus profit off of people.. To me this is the same as solicitation!!! They are taking peoples lively hood and making a huge profit off of them. Keeping people under their thumb. Staffing places say they can find you a job, then put you somewhere for a few months, then let you go for no reason so they can put someone else in there because they don't want you to get hired on by the company because than that means they lose money. Or they keep you someplace for years and still make the profit off you, when they get a raise for your time there you don't see any of that money!! THIS IS WRONG!!!
and our government supports them by giving these staffing places $3 per hour per person.. so an $8 and hour profit from the company and $3 from government that's $11 an hour profit per person.. If they have 10 people placed in one company that's $110 profit per hour, $880 per day!!!! and that's only off of 10 people... Some companies have 100 people working for them placed by these staffing places.. that's $8800.00 per day profit!!
