Do not feel Spring Garden needs to construct a new municipal building. Remodel the existing buildings

Do not want a Spring Garden Municipal complex to be built. I am retired and do not want my property taxes to go up for this wasteful spending. Remodel the current buildings. We do not need a community gym. We have that for the Youth basketball teams through the York Suburban and church gyms to use

We do not need a monument to celebrate conspicuous consumption in this township. And these plans have been done behind the backs of the residents. There are good viable alternatives to this large monetary increase, to be borne by the taxpayers, many of them old enough to be on a fixed income. You must give this more thought!

The location of the new facility would be at the eastern edge of the twp and the present one is more central with room to expand, or remodel.

Please find an alternative. We are a landlocked township and cannot afford this massive project. it can be scaled back and still work. As a senior citizen i just received my tax bill and it went up 14%. What impact will another massive project have on all of us? Can't wait to see the increase in the school taes.
