It will hurt our beautiful wildlife and definitely hurt our resale value for our properties. It’s entirely to close to our homes. Go find some random fields to put this in, not around our homes!!!!!!

This is ridiculous that anyone would want to put solar panels over this much property, It’s our responsibility to protect the land and wildlife. It bothers me to no end to drive around the beautiful countryside of Western Rowan and see solar panels.

I vote NO. This will affect the quality of life for our residential neighborhood not to mention the effect on wildlife and environment. Also we will see decreased property values. So sad that one of our neighbors doesn’t care about others in the area.

Like wind turbines, solar panels use more energy to manufacture and maintain than what they could ever produce. Not to mention the disruption of other resources for a “green” energy source.

I’m not opposed to progress, but to even consider such as this in a beautiful residential area is just sad and ridiculous. Property values would decrease, who would want to purchase a home or property to look at these things for 30 years. Who can say for certain there are no health issues involved? BOC, please vote no on this proposal regardless of the acreage involved.
