As a marine biologist in the near future my vision about implementing such a huge recreational facility would slighlty imply that the seas nearby the city is useless. In fact, Cebu itself is already known for various natural marine areas (sanctuary or not) and it is such a regret for investors to not consider rehabilitating these areas.

How many organisms will be kidnapped from their natural habitat to feed your greed and vanity. I also surmise, because you want the park to simulate the natural habitat as much as possible, that you will be taking corals out of the ocean as well. Should this kind of project first go through Environmental Impact Assessment with the stamp of approval of the DENR? Well it should be so that we would know who to lynch when we find any of our environmental laws being impinged.
