Please sign this petition to create a law in the U.S. to prosecute any soul residing in the United States of America, legally or otherwise, that knowingly and willfully kills an Elephant while outside the United States. Please help stop the poaching and slaughter of these majestic animals. If we cannot keep them from killing them overseas, then we need to have a law in place here at home to keep a person from committing this violent act of murder outside of our boarders any way that we can. If a person knew that he or she would be prosecuted within the fullest extent of the law upon his/her return home, then they may be less likely to kill an elephant in the first place.
