This project is NIGHTMARE for our neighborhood. City counsel members MUST support the community/neighborhood/people who voted for them. What we see at the moment just looking how our city has changed, City counsel supports developers, not people of Glendale.

The GUSD building is a landmark in Glendale and must remain where it is.

Our city has become unrecognizable; and NOT in a positive way. I have lived here 16 years, and the traffic, congestion, and noise have become unbearable. Additionally, rents have skyrocketed to the point that many individuals and families are being forced out of this city. It is time to be responsible in development, and to provide a park, or open space for the already congested neighborhood.

I've lived in Glendale since 1991. Today's Glendale is a far cry from how nice and peaceful this city used to be. Greed and lack of common sense has brought chaos to this city. Corruption is all to visible and impossible to ignore.

Multifamily housing projects are now out of control and are causing multiple impacts on our lives. Massive congestion on our streets & highways, reducing response time from Emergency units, utilities overuse and energy bill increases, and more crime are just a few. These factors will soon effect the work/life balance for all of us. Those who are the cause of all this are not qualified to run this City. What a shame!

I live across the street from this location and cannot understand how the school district and/or developer don't care that this would be disastrous for this neighborhood. The relentless building has causes major traffic and parking nightmares for all of us and the demolition of this old building would add insult to injury by potentially threatening the health of the members of this neighborhood. Enough with the non-stop building, Glendale! It is time to slow down and be mindful and respectful of those of us who have lived her for decades.

This area was not zoned or built for the density this neighborhood will be forced to carry. Traffic, noise, lack of parking are already big issues in this neighborhood and they will only be exacerbated by this development. Please consider an alternative in helping the school administration instead of ruining the neighborhood and the residents' health.

I am long time resident of Glendale and very much opposed to the rising cost of living there mainly because of the new developments around the city - causing so much traffic, congestion, more unsafe streets not to mention intense lack of parking, unnecessary stress to us living there for decades. I hope this petition succeeds in putting a stop to more new infrastructure projects in this once quiet neighborhood.

No one seems to care of how much congestion there is anymore. The city needs to slow it down .

This is not what I moved to beautiful Glendale for 37 years ago. If I wanted high density and heavy traffic, I would have moved to downtown LA.
