Stop this madness! My rent increased 9% this year because rent prices are being driven up due to the overdevelopment. I’ve lived hear almost all my life. I do not want to be forced out. Greed is at the root of all evil.

Enough is enough. Stop this development and consider the health and safety of all the neighbors who live in the surrounding areas of this monstracity. Please extended the Moratorium and rethink the planning for any housing development in this area.

I guess some school board members and/or their relatives and friends are in real estate business and do not have best interest of the people living in school district office building neighborhood in their mind. What a shame!

This is the last thing this neighborhood needs! More traffic, more noise, more pollution, less parking, and more unaffordable rents. Just a block away, two new 6-story buildings are going up across the street from the YMCA which will add to the congestion and overdevelopment of this area. What is going on with this city planning? Is it all about money? What has happened to concern for residents and their quality of life? If residents needs are not met, we should make our voices heard at the ballot box!

We are so tired of excessive traffic, parking shortage, smog and pollution. This development will be a disaster!
