Nobody on Earth can potray Aaliyah. This is beyond disrepectful that they are going against her family and if they're going against her family then they are going against AALIYAH. The movie won't even be filled with the amount of details that can be provided if Diane and Rashad were involved but they're not therefore the movie will be a complete blow.

I feel this movie is wrong is every way first off Aaliyah's mother & brother are against it's bunch crap thrown together by a bunch random people who didn't know her Aaliyah was a private person her personal life was not out in media like that. so for people to write about rumors pretty much is grasping at straws now maybe her new bandwagon fans will love it but any die hard fan will not

I don't see how any "fan" could be ok with the amount of disrespect the Haughtons are getting. They were Aaliyah's every thing, and were very much involved in her career. She always wanted to make sure they were ok with any move she made. She was their blood, they knew her best, we aren't entitled to any thing. Smh. I wish she were here to shut it down. This is all so heartbreaking. Prayers for the Haughtons. We'll always have your back, no matter what. Love.

if Diane, Rashad and her late father did/do not want this movie made, Then it shouldn't be made How's her story gonna accurately be told without their input anyways? Left Eye's portrayal in the TLC Biopic had many inaccuracies because T & C didn't involve her family. this is gonna be a terrible work of fiction that shouldn't even happen in the first place

There will only be 1! Aaliyah only 1. Aaliyah family mother and brother should of been involved from the get go since day 1. Nobody will replace Aaliyah in the music industry. Aaliyah was and still is the queen of r$b.
