They need to get this girl name Tina Sabessar to play her with her along with Aaliyah's family approval. Go to this Facebook page Cheray Sabessar she has Tina Sabessar picture there . She looks like aaliyah and sings like her too

I agree with the family 100%, that is completely disrespectful to her family, the heart of her whole career and life was them. Her family was there from beginning to end, every needs to take her being famous out of it and think about what you would want for your sister, daughter, son, niece etc. it's not right, I'm an Aaliyah fan just as much as the next person but her fam has gone through far more of a loss than a fan. So let's PLEASE respect this family's wishes. ( besides, she was waaaaaaaaayyyyy better than just a lifetime, and her family will tell the story way better than ppl that think they know her).

I'm a big fan Aaliyah and if her family doesn't want a biopic of her life, then movie and tv companies should very well respect that. Plus, I know if I watch it and the actress doesn't do a great job, I'm going to be very upset so the best thing is to not have it all.
