Our community is already compromised with one detox center on 4th ave. Why do we need another at our doorstep?

Walmart brought more crime to the neighborhood. This drug detox center would be dramatically worse. Bringing in addicts to wander around NMB! This is a family oriented community. NOT right for us. Dangerous is an understatement. Forget letting kids play outside. Forget walking outside at night. A very big mistake. Please tell all your friends to step up and be heard.

North Miami Beach is a family oriented community filled with several schools, temples, and young families. Although a rehab/detox center is important, it does not belong in this community - especially so close to several schools and buildings with young children.
