2. The traffic congestion is already acute in this area.
3. There is too much crime in the area already. This facility will likely increase crime in the residential area.

We do not want you to approve any license or variance for this proposed Detox Facility. It is inappropriate for our neighborhood. It introduces a potentially dangerous element to our community. We believe crime will escalate. We believe the presence of such a facility itself will attract drug users and escalate drug usage within the community. You are therefore urged to categorically reject the Detox Facility in order to protect residents from the threat it poses.

a drug rehab facility is a wonderful and necessary service but only in the proper location. the proposed location literally on the next block form a school and only a few blocks from several other schools is a terrible location. it is completely irresponsible to let such a facility be located in the proposed location.
