Stop the Radical Social Activist Agenda in Nevada Schools

Gender is NOT a feeling- it is a fact!!

This is huge government over-reach and must be stopped. They have no idea what unintended consequences there will be: children with bladder and bowel issues because won't go when they have to; children with psychological issues because they aren't comfortable in school; children who won't eat or drink all day to avoid having to go to the bathroom; possible lawsuits from disgruntled parents who were not allowed to be part of the decision process.

Stop this radical agenda, parents are responsible for their kids.

Every Nevada student, including those who identify as transgender, is entitled to a good education, to protection against bullying, to the freedom to speak their mind, and to have their privacy honored by the school. Unfortunately, the current proposed regulations are not about protecting ALL student rights, but about trampling them. I urge the Nevada Department of Education to withdraw the proposal and ask them to ensure that all regulations adopted by the Nevada Department of Education promote Local control and protect the privacy rights of ALL students.

It is ridiculous that this is even an issue there’s two bathrooms already one for girls one for voice that’s all that’s necessary if you wish to make something and make a family bathroom and let them use that

Teaching our children critical-thinking skills and fundamentals will take them much farther in life than promoting the ridiculous self-identifying gender selection that ignore basis biology and plumbing that accompanies the gender of someone at birth.

Please do NOT implement any new gender policy. The proposed changes are unnecessary, unhelpful and healthy for our schools - which are supposed to be safe and productive places for getting an education - not political agendas. Thank you.

Do not take away my right as a student to be able to be in an environment where I should feel safe, implementing thess policies in CCSD promotes the safety of a certain group of people above the others. One group of people should not be prioritized before others, not only this, but this policy takes away a parents right to teach their children certain things, and when they want their children to know, if at all.

As a student currently enrolled enrolled in a CCSD school I am strongly asking you to NOT allow this to happen in our schools. We should promote the safety of ALL students, not just a portion. Thank you for your time and please consider our voices.

I ask you please vote against this policy. because they are not weighing on all the children but on the agenda that they already have planned to pass which takes away the right to some to give authority to others. It is fair to take into account each of the students and of the parents so that be fair
