Stop the Radical Social Activist Agenda in Nevada Schools

As a teacher and a parent, this is not okay with me! This is a political agenda, and it must be kept out of schools. Teachers should not be forced to teach a progressive, political theory.

This is not an anti-bullying piece of legislation, it is a direct hit to society at large and aims to put one group above all others with a complete disregard for any person to oppose it.

Gender is not a theory, being a man or woman is a fact. All children should be supported in their biological identity, as it is an individual's sovereign design. As Governor, unsustainable progressive social policy will be throttled with reformation of our Department of Education and Mental Health policies.

It is unreasonable to infringe on the rights and privacy of the majority in order to support the needs of a few. There are other ways to meet the needs of those suffering from transgender dysmorphia than to violate others’ rights.

This is a bad precedent that has started because of a minority of people pushing their agenda on the rest of us. If I say NO, they say that I am rude, hurtful and bigoted. If I say nothing, then my voice is not heard. It is time to say something, I have children that have grown up in the Nevada School System. We try to teach our children about strangers and people who would do them harm. How do I explain to my children and hopefully soon to be grandchildren, who may be to young to understand why a person who appears to be a man would be aloud in the women's bathroom or visa versa. I am sorry that they are confused about what sex they think they are. But how is that suddenly my problem, to explain it to my children. Just because some people do not want to offend others, does not mean that the majority should be offended by a policy that makes no sense. And just because some people do not think this a mental health issue any longer may not necessarily be correct either. Studies show that even back in the 1970's Transgenderism was treated as a mental health issue. That is not very long ago. Now it is suddenly mainstream thought that it is okay. Why? I say because good people have stayed silent for too long.

This is absurd. Let the public speak rather than forcing California crap down our throat.

Children under the age of 18 should not be encouraged to act upon these kinds of things. We as parents should not encourage it. I completely disagree with this being implemented in my children's schools. It is a parents job to also teach our children to respect others and there ways of life. It is not the state's place to get involved.

This is the Nevada Board of Education pass mandates beyond their purview

Public schools have no right to interfere with parental rights, or to impose unnatural values onto it's students. This is crossing the line!!!

Stop!! Do NOT put our children at risk. Parents have a right to know. I will not let my children go to school in Nevada if this is implemented!! I will home school or move out of state. Protect our children and parental rights. Do NOt let this happen.

This should be put to a public vote.

This is Nevada not California's school system, you are promoting the distruction of our children by brain washing, try teaching TRUE science
