Stop the quarry development next to Sunlight Waters

I take issue with the finding of non-significance.
Sunlight Waters is a residential community of 311 lots, which has been situated for nearly 50-years, and is located not more than 1/3-mile up the road.
Operation of a concrete and hot mix asphalt operation will impact the community several ways:
1) Noise of equipment and blasting.
2) Particulate dust and smoke from equipment.
3) Increase fire danger from commercial operations, fuels, hot-mix, etc.
4) Increase of traffic on local roads, without commensurate safety improvements.
5) Threat of fouling communities' water supply. Existing well head is within 800-ft of pit operations, within 1000-ft buffer zone.
6) Threat of damaging existing buried water lines along local road due to blasting vibrations.
7) Disturbing the peace of an existing residential community.
8) Disturbing resident wildlife: deer, elk, eagles, osprey, and others.
9) Nighttime light pollution.
10) An incompatible use for the "Mountains to Sound" Corridor along SR90.
Our community offers lower cost housing and lot prices than much of the County, so environmental justice impacts should be considered.

Stop this operation, as it poses multiple threats to our community, and is not even permissible in this zoning.
