God will bless the USA when we stop acting as if some people were better than others, and when we stop the violence and hatred against each other.

Publishing this is a misuse of your publishing role and adds fuel to Christian nationalism thinking in the evangelical church.

This is the worst example of what is wrong with evangelicals. I don’t call myself a Christian often anymore as they have made the term so politically distasteful. Do not publish a heretical version of the Bible!

This publication would be a travesty......it cannot be allowed to go ahead...

The Apostle Paul taught we're no longer Jew or Greek, Slave or Free, Man or Woman, but all one in Christ. This patriotic Bible linking Scripture and America seems to fly in the face of Scripture.

This is blasphemy. As a seminary professor, I consider your publishing house completely discredited if you publish this.

Mixing our holy scriptures with the ideology of manifest destiny and American exceptionalism is blasphemous.

As Christians we are included in God's Kingdom. This is no more badged American than it was Roman in 1st century AD, or Babylonia, Median, Greek, etc.
Please stop the blasphemy. Jesus wasn't owned by the prevailing culture, and neither can His Kingdom.

Please, please don't place the Sacred Scriptures alongside these human documents. The idolatrous message this communicates is breathtaking. It is also heartbreaking.

I know this bible may have a niche market, but it is very detrimental to the message of the book as well as disappointing your other customers.

Heartbreaking that Zondervan/HarperCollins would even consider publishing this. Please reject Christian nationalism as the heresy that it is.

This is heretical and screams of greed on the part of Zondervan. It will only feed Christian Nationalism which is idolatry and distorts the gospel message. Zondervan, we trust you to do the right thing and halt production of this project.
