As a family member I personally apeal to the New York State board to keep David Larson in prison.
Tracy Kotlik suffered terribly by his hand, ending in loss of life. She is in my thoughts often as I am sure in thoughts of family and friends. Please keep a killer of a fourteen year old girl in prison... We have a responsibility that this will not happen to a child again by David Larson.
Think of Tracy.
