We as the community players of CS:GO are sick and tired of the continuous new accounts embroiled in cheating. Valve are not hearing our concerns, we must act to fight for keeping this amazing game in a state of fairness and playability.

What we want: Valve to stop the use of new accounts in competitive match making games. We want Valve to put on restrictions for new accounts, so they are unable to facilitate cheaters (on new accounts) in fair competitive match making.

What we want is for Valve to restrict new accounts by hours or competitive wins, so they are unable to be placed into matches with less than 200-300hours with players of the same or similar ranks. Once actual hours in competitive are calculated (not idle hours), the new account will be eligible to start playing in games with others of similar ranks.

The second method of calculating competitive wins could be considered as an approach to help stopping cheaters. A player should be ranked only after hitting 50 competitive wins, this way you have a chance of weeding out those cheaters that are not inclined to put in hours upon hours into playing and would rather make a new account and cheat on it straight away. Once the 50 wins are reached, the rank is given and that player can now play in matches with similar ranked players.

The third method is one that integrates the community back into the game, like overwatch, the community engaged in the match making game can opt to have an "overwatcher" who is currently online join the match as a spectator and give weight to a more swift removal of a cheater in a live match. This could mean that the overwatcher has the ability to give the veto vote to remove this person from the current match and put them in a higher state of overwatch for review post match. The cheater involved will have a score that will be calculated (multiplied) if they are caught cheating in a live match by an overwatcher, rendering their account suspended or permanently banned.

We want Valve to come to the table and stop the new accounts ruining what is an amazing game that has been around for such a long time. The fact that Valve listens to the professionals means we as a community need to be heard and our concerns addressed!
