Diversity has always been a key ingredient in sportscar racing. Please find another way to keep costs sensible and affordable. This restriction probably isn't the answer, certainly not the ONLY answer. Without the fans onside, what's the point of keeping any costs in check?

LMP2 as it currently is, is one of the best series and changing to these new engine rules would destroy it!
Spec Le Mans/WEC class has no reason to exist. Just kill it, if you can't leave it alone.
