Leave it named fairy path. This will always be fairy path and the good people of Maryport are all coming together to make it an enchanting place for all kids to walk there.

So at least the children will enjoy it & be able to put a nice name to walk they'll enjoy with thier parents

I used to live corner market square spent my childhood on brows and walked fairy path, Fairy path makes it magical to all the children think the name should defiantly remain can't wait to walk our grandchildren on the path

Always has been the fairy path. Just can't see why anyone would want to change the name. By all the hard work of a few volunteers it certainly is a proper "Fairy Path" well done everyone !

Never rename ancient pathways, people lose interest in them when they are renamed.

Just keep the name as is. The fairer footpath. Love the monarchy. But this has nothing to do with them this time. Just leave it alone.
