As one of just 22+ million current Comcast customers, my voice is small, and likely to not be heard. But as a group, a whole, our voices can and will be heard over the outraged cries of the throne-seated higher ups of large corporations such as Comcast. We can make a stand, make a change, if we stand together as one against this company!

Are you being overcharged for internet that you don't pay for? Are you tired of the charges constantly rising from the number one internet provider in the country? You are just one of many. Every month, our fees are increased with the promise of 'faster speeds, greater technology', but our speeds stay the same while the packages we purchased is constantly rising in price. No longer can Comcast hide behind their lies of 'greater', no more will we stand for the increased fees of a product that we pay for but are not given the chance to make full use of.

Time after time, we hear of complaints against this company, how they are charging you for X amount of internet speed. People test their connections but are not getting close to the minimum speed required for their connection. Too many customers are complacent about this indecency, and many do not understand how to check connection speeds to understand how they are being wronged because Comcast knows that they have no competition, they are the internet. As the number one cable and internet provider in the United States, it is easy to deny your customers their full rights to the product they are offering: cable and internet.

I propose a Consumer Protection Act against large internet providers such as Comcast, to ensure that we recieve the full product we pay for, or lower pricing and reveal the true speeds that we recieve. I hope my cry is heard by many, and have support by all who hear it. We will not be silent, we will not be complacent any longer. Join me in fighting for our right to full internet speeds or a rightful price for the product we pay for that is stolen form us!
