I know it is within your authority to mandate mask coverings, but I also know you must address this policy every month at public meetings, hearing from parents and concerned citizens, and listening to public comments. I hope you will take this petition very seriously because it represents the parents’ extreme frustration and opposition to the mask mandate. An “optional mask” policy plan would be the more appropriate policy in light of the facts and statistics surrounding the so-called COVID “pandemic.” I can provide you with such facts and figures and statistical analysis.

There is no scientific research to support wearing masks. In fact, the opposite is true. Prolonged wearing of masks increases the risks if upper respiratory infections.
