I drive the parkway almost everyday to visit my grandkids. This is a ridiculous plan

It's past time to impeach the Park Board.

The Parkway is a State treasure! Stop destroying our city. The city cannot afford this destruction of the wonderful Parkway!

Plans are shortsighted. Rerouting congestion under a suspect traffic/ incident study is absurd.

This is a reckless plan, we need better alternatives!

Looks like a solution for a problem that does not exist. I’ve lived 1/2 block from Minnehaha Pkwy for 30 years and do not see a problem. I bike, drive, walk with no issues.

Why can’t a pedestrian bridge be built at 50th St & the Parkway and not reroute over 1,000 vehicles a day through the neighborhood?

For years it's been great to take leisurely rides around the connected lakes and river roads on scooters & motorcycles that we've owned. Not to mention the parkway routes are a lot safer for 2 wheel motorized vehicles for transportation alone. Such a ridiculous and not thought through plan. Please leave it alone.

Ill-conceived.

This isn’t NIMBY. It just makes no sense to reroute car traffic this way. Please listen us who have a stake as homeowners and as drivers who use and enjoy this route.

Some ideas like water storage may be necessary, but closing streets and moving the community center do not make sense to me.

Please leave well enough alone.

If something isn’t broke why is this Parkboard hell-bent on fixing it. If they need to justify their job maybe they could find another lake that needs a name change. Definitely put it up for a citywide vote.

Do not close the road and divert traffic near Burroughs elementary. That is not safe for children who attend school there.
