I see no reasons why they ahoy ld have to remove it. If it hasn't caused an outrage in 6 years why decide now to remove it. If it was such an issue it would have been brought up sooner. The statue of limitations should be passed. Let the family have their memorial and leave it as it is. I have my grandparents buried there and several friends and never seen an issue. I would be interested in seeing who complained and their reason.

Why are the council trying to take down the head stone if people want to put up a head stone and can afford it and keep it clean what's the problem it's doing no harm to any one some people like big head stones and some like small one once its not in the way of any or anything what is the big issue it's the last restibg place for anyone if the family was not keeping it clean the would have something else to say

This poor woman and her family has been true enough with out their poor son's headstone being dragged up. Leave the poor family alone to grieve for this young boy.
