Heartbreaking for anybody to have to bury there child. Disgrace to even think of removing a headstone that is a remembrance to them.

This is not right, everyone deserves a final resting ground and for it to be decorated in any way that reflects the individuals beliefs in life. The council have no right to try and change this is any way.

Bad enough to lose someone but especially a child. His resting place is a comfort to his family. Let them have what little comfort it can bring.

How dare an elected representative body act with such callous and disregard for constituents most sacred connection to lost loved ones. Get of your high horses and find something constructive to do that enhances the lives of those that put you in position and pay your salary!
