This shouldn't be happening after so much time passed. It should be left as it is it's heartbreaking for the family and goes against moral understanding

Reading the article on Belfastlive. It appears the only reason the council want this removed is to make it easier for them to maintain the cemetery. If the grave is inside their plot area and is physically safe and not going to fall and hurt someone then just leave it alone. Leave the grave alone LCCC and let this family mourn in peace.
