I cannot understand why this lawsuit is happening, why should it be against the constitution to send your child to a great school!? Not all of the schools receiving the scholarship are religious schools. If the school board actually cared about the welfare of the kids, they would research the progress and achievements that the student's receiving the scholarship are making...these are our leaders of tomorrow, treat them as such!

The more I read about the lawsuit and the way the Tax Credit funding is organized I STILL don't understand the grounds of their complaint!! I have read nothing but good things that this scholarship program has done NOT ONLY for the thriving children but the school districts and the savings it has provided!! Shame on these organizations for wanting to slam the door on such a great opportunity for our children! To me they are greedy thieves trying to steal the lamb in the night!!

Despite my views on Public v. Private schools, this will also affect children attending public schools and many local school districts. They are already broke and overcrowded. Look at the figures- this program saves public schools money and this money does not come from the public schools budget. Parents of children in both situations should stand up against this because the bottom line is everyone benefits from it!

Please keep this scholarship active my kid has learned a lot from the school that they attend as a mother it was always a dream to send my kids to an excellence school and through this scholarship I've found it and I am so happy of my boys progress. Thank you god for this opportunity.

My children are going to school now on a Step Up scholarship and they're doing so much better academically. They're thriving and learning so much. They love going to school now. Step Up For Students has been a great thing for us. Please don't take Step Up away from all these children. Step Up changes our children's lives for the better! Our children are the future!

I am so thankful for this scholarship living in a not so good neighborhood the school that my daughter would have got to attend is a D school. She just started kindergarten, and she is attending a private Christian School. She loves her school, it would be devastating for us if this scholarship will be taken away. Please stop this non-sense lawsuit, every child has the right of a better future.
