As parents we have a right to want a better education for our children. We can't afford a private school without step up for students. If our son loses his scholarship we will be forced to send him to public school with gangs, guns, violence and poor education. Please let our son continue to receive a better education and let us have the peace of mind that he is in a safe environment.

Keep this voucher program. It is a blessing to those families that want to send their children to religious schools. Parents should not be forced to send their children to schools based on their school zone. Many children have succeeded with this program! I say KEEP IT!!!

thanks to step up scholarship my son has been able to attend a school where the classroom is not overcrowded. we are a low income family and appreciate this opportunity for our son.please don't take it away.

My child was falling through the PS cracks, NOT every kid can make it in PS. NOW I have a choice! Please don't throw my child away in a school she if forced/we are forced to send her, where she is not making it!
The Unions nor the public schools have any say on where the taxpayers money is used in education.

Our daughter was recently granted this scholarship due to her diagnosis of Cerbral Palsy, yet we may never recieve anything because of the lawsuit. This will be life changing and allow us to fund therapy and medical equipment we couldn't have afforded otherwise.

Constitutionally individuals and corporations can given to charitable causes and get a tax deduction. This truly is a charitable cause so lawsuit is baseless.

This program is helping to provide my son with much needed help. He wouldn't be getting it otherwise. If we pay taxes and don't send our child to a public school, are we not saving the state thousands of dollars? It's cheaper for them to provide financial assistant for kids to attend a school of their choice that fits THEIR needs.
