Stop The Lawsuit Against Florida's Tax Credit Scholarships (Step Up For Students)

Stepup is a blessing. well keep praying this is for the good future and good education for our kids.. thank you so much StepUp.. more power.

Without this scholarship, our children would not be able to attend their present school. The curriculum is faith-based and without step-up their education would not be up to par. Please do not take this from us. We all need this to make our children's lives better.

It's ridiculous that there is even a lawsuit for this!

This scholarship has been a blessed for my children. The School that they would have to attend is a D school, but with the scholarship we were able to have a choice for them, and right now they are in a school that meets their expectations and our expectations as parents. Thank you step up for students for everything you guys do for our children.

This lawsuit is a shame. As an African-American woman and occasional substitute teacher, I am astounded and disappointed at the list of plaintiffs. However, due to the news of this lawsuit, I am now motivated to speak up for the first time regarding Step Up for Students. I have high standards for my daughter, and I am thankful that Step Up for Students has afforded her the opportunity to attend a safer and more accademically challenging school. My daughter has attended the same school since she was four years old. SUFS has made it possible for her to keep attending the same school. I am so grateful for Step Up. It allowed my husband & I to keep our daughter where she has always been for going on 7 years!!! The teachers from VPK thru 5th have been phenomenal!! She is an honor roll student as well. If not for this program we would've had to uproot her from the only school she's ever known when our financial world crumbled. It would be sad to eliminate this program for so many. I just hope one day I am able to give back to an organization like this. Kids need the best education that they can receive-why take away that choice??

My children have been in our local Christian school since first grade. Thanks to Step up for students not only do they learn general eduction but also about The Lord. And that is priceless. Please do not take away something that is helping our next generation.

Please do not send my children back to the public school system where they can be ignored and overlooked! My child is very gifted and we depend on this scholarship!

Thanks Sherri. This scholarship allows me the oportunity to send my son to a small private school that I wouldn't be able to afford. The public schools in my area are not so good and my son definitely benefits from the smaller family like environment
