I am so thankful for this scholarship and all the support we have received during this whole process. Thank you to all the parents who are using their voices for our children!

I am very thankful for the step up for students program. My children are in a Christian private school that I could not afford on my own. Step up for students program is a blessing!

Due to step-up for kids my kids will have a brighter future. Unfortunately not all of us can afford private school tuition and that's why my kids and I are so grateful for step up for kids.

This scholarship needs to stay to help those who need it.

Please help mom's like myself keep the scholarship program active and available for our children and families that can't afford for our children to attend a private school of our choice without the step up for students scholarship program.

I want the right to keep my child in a Christian school .. please don't take that right away

no reason any child should lose that opportunity

The problem with the public school system is that it's mentality is one size fits all. We started alternative schooling for my 15 year old Aspbergers son last year. He loves learning again in an environment that is conducive to his learning style. A additional benefit is that he was consistently bullied and now can learn without having the stress of being bullied. The Teacher's Union should not worry about the way parents choose to educate their children and concentrate on the teachers who should change profession.

Please do not take away Step up for Students! Our children have the right to attend the school of their choice. We pay taxes for children to attend ppublic schools and our kids do not even reap any benefits from this while we pay for others to attend. Why should we pay for other students to attend public schools and we don't have a right to attend a private school? Religious or not, this is about freedom of choice. Children who attend public or private should not be penalized for their choice. thank you

This scholarship is such a blessing to so many children and families alike. The thought of some teachers and other school officials wanting to take away the opportunity for a child to receive an exceptional learning experience is heart breaking to say the least.

The Step Up Scholarship has been more than a blessing for us. We have an Autistic daughter who cannot function in public school and this scholarship has made it possible for her to attend a private school where she is now excelling. Don't hurt the children by taking this scholarship away.

Step up for students has been our angel, God Bless all that you do for our children and their bright futures. I am so thankfull for Step Up for Students! This program is the best thing ever. My kids grades improve 100percent even though the material is harder than in public school. The small class settings is what my kids need it.

My daughter failed Kindergarten in Public school, because she could not read on a Kindergarten level. 2 weeks in her private school on Step Up for Students, and she's reading above level. Please do not take away such an amazing opportunity.
