Stop The Lawsuit Against Florida's Tax Credit Scholarships (Step Up For Students)

School choice is about the children and their future and their current needs. Every child deserves the opportunity to have a safe, fun, supportive and academically challenging educational experience. In order to accomplish this, parents must have the ability to send their children to any school that will accomplish that goal. Financial restraints should not compromise this goal. Taking away the scholarship StepUp will do just that, it will compromise the parent's ability to ensure that their child/ren have a wonderful educational experience. We must remember that this is always about our children, the future leaders of our world. We must support and provide for them the best opportunities we can. StepUp helps many families provide the best opportunities that they can. It is senseless to attempt to compromise a child in any way.

Without the scholarship my son won't have the opportunity to get the one on one he's gettng from his teachers because public school teacher's don't have time. Private school have changed my son's attitude about school.

I want my child to have a chance at a better education and as his parent I have a right to chose where he should receive that education.

Why try and stop parents from getting help to send their child to a school of choice. Especially when a child needs to have a different envioronment to learn other than a public school. Step up helps parents to be able to give their children this opportunity

with out the scholarships my grandson would not be able to go a good school.

The SUFS scholarship program is the best thing that has happened for my children's education. They receive a superior education and at a price less expensive to the public. Whats not to like?

My child went from wondering around the class room to getting A's and B's because of private school.

this is ridiculous, my school is an F in Jefferson County, my grandson's needs this scholarship

This is absurd, This money is spent in the best interest of children. I am very blessed to have their help, for my son with have a christian learning enviroment, without them I couldnt afford it..:(

This scholarship has assisted me in keeping my daughter in a Christian School where she has been for most of her school life. Due to financial hardship, this scholarship has assisted us and I am so forever greatful.

Please I am literally begging don't shut this program down you have no idea how this program change alot of our children ability. my child could not handle the 17 kids that was around him but because this program allows me to put him in a school small class room he his a honor student every simister if you see something that is not working for your child and there are options especially when it comes down to their education would you rather choose what is working this is step up for kids provide for us a chance to make kids succeed and not that public schools is mot doing that its my kids do much better in the environment is in please sir madam you do what is best for your kids your dont want to stop low income people from letting parents getting a good education my child learns better he is doing stopping this program you flooding the public schools again alot of kids cannot function in crowded environment. Good education for kids better future for tje world

This scholarship program has provided assistance to make private schools affordable for many.

School board scam to get more money from state then claim they don't have enough money for all the new students they force back into the system. If the public school teachers were good at there jobs the parents wouldn't want to take their kids out of public schools. so do you jobs and you wouldn't loose business like in the real world instead of hiding behind government. If you can't do your jobs right then be unemployed and let the people that want to meet expectations do it.

I am proud to have the choice to send my children to a school which benefits them most! Public Schools have to follow rules that isn't conducive to most children's learning & definitely can't deal with the emotional, behavioral differences in our children. Parents need to have the right to judge what's best fit for their child as they know them better than any school board & it's members! I stand up with Step up for Children!!

This lawsuit does not care about your children or their future. It's only concern is about the future of the Unions.

The program is a blessing without my child & many others wouldn't have the opportunity to receive the education they receive.

Please don't stop giving us a choice. End the lawsuit
