What really upsets me about this lawsuit is that after not providing the education in public schools available to children of low income families in private schools they decide that now low income families should only have the public school option for a lesser education. n

This is a wonderful program provided for parents with low income to be able to put their kids in private schools too. Keep the program every child should have the opportunity to get a good education.

The Step Up For Student schlorship has helped me to be able to send my son to a private school that gives him more one on one attention and is equipping him to succeed as his prepares to attend college. The public schools in our areas are not the best schools,so the parents should be able to choose a quality education for our kids just as those in the upper class areas.

My cousin has a special needs child she adopted from China, and homeschool is truly the best option for her education...This would be severely detrimental to her educational opportunity...

Thank you Step Up for helping parents and children have a choice in their education. My children love the school they have attended for 3 years due to the availability of the scholarship. Having lower student to teacher ratios is very helpful for my son who has difficulty focusing. We should have a choice!
