I cannot agree with you more. I was born and was living in the other country, and I know the difference! That is why United States so special because it supports freedoms, choices and opportunities. It is so sad that some Americans do not realize it. Thanks for the post!

You are right. It really looks like bullying. It sounds like somebody who wants to stop the scholarship does not want our success, but want their control.

Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) - such a wonderful private school! I cannot imagine if my son would loose Step Up for Students Scholarship. He will be pulled out of his familiar environment of great teachers, friends and wonderful curriculum. I do not want my son in any other school! I love that my son has been learning a second language since kindergarten. I love that in the second grade he could write cursive better than mine. I love that my son's constitutional rights are not violated and nobody gives him a referral to principle (like it happened with a girl from one of nearby public schools) when he is brining his Bible in his school. High moral lessons is the priority for the school. The high academic level is undeniable (I know it especially by comparison that my friend and I made when her son had to move to a nearby public school). I surely recognize that my son's school has accountability when I look at my son's improvement and growth in the school. I cannot express my disappointment and sadness about the fact that somebody is trying to stop this wonderful program. The StepUp for Students Scholarship does not take money from public schools or government and does not violate constitution; on the contrary, it supports the freedoms and choices that is the main idea of the constitution! What I especially like about SepUp is that if I do not like any particular school, I can easily move the scholarship to the other one. :) This is awesome! I cannot understand why somebody would be so desperate to stop this opportunity for our children...

I am so thankful for this schlorship, my son needs the smaller classes and differnt learning ways of the school he is attending thanks to this scholorship. Without it he would be lost in the cracks in public school and not succeeding as well as he is educationally and socially. Every child has a right to a better future!!

step up has been the most wonderful for my child to school could acadarse pace and process of adaptation, my son lost a school year for being the victim of a kinder garden teacher in a public school in the state of Florida, who said that it was governed by the educational pensul forget and ignore the teacher must create dynamic learning where each child can adapt and learn that no child is like another and all have the same capacity. My son thanks to the step up program has been adapting, has managed to be happy to wake up every happy to go to school and now with the new program morning I found a school for students with incredibly few professional teachers with a single patient, methodology, love, and willingness to teach methodology educator by vocation and otherwise step up could not cover the cost of school tuition.

How dare you try to take away from under-privileged kids...how dare you...heartlesss!

Step Up is such a blessing for my son and many children out there. It gives us a chance to provide our kids with better opportunities.

Step Up for Students is a blessing! Shame on the Florida Education Association and all the others for being willing to take away our chance at doing better for our kids because they are worried it will take away from their pockets!!!

my daughter loves her school now this is her first year attending a private school and I already see the positive outcome of it.

My children are doing so well in their private Catholic school and we would be devastated if that was taken away. We cannot afford to send them without this scholarship and I am thankful for Step Up for Students every day.
