This scholarship enables my family to go to a Religious/Faith based school, which is very important to us. I would not be able to afford the school without the scholarship.

I pay taxes and I should choose which schools to send my children too. I do not like the public schools. These vouchers are good because I have 2 special needs children and they are doing better with the private schools then they were at the public schools. Please leave the scholarship alone. My 2 children benefit from this wonderful scholarship. My husband and I are homeowners and Tax payers. We pay into the public schools, and then on top of that have paid Catholic School tuition. Qualifying for assistance from Step Up has given us a life line to continue our children's education in a small loving environment. I cannot stress enough how important Step Up is for families like ours, who struggle financially to give our children the best education. School Choice is Constitutional. Bureaucracy and and wasteful spending is unconstitutional! Those bringing this lawsuit need to look at themselves, and their top heavy spending, and figure out why students are leaving the Public Schools.
